'The Valkyrie Chose You' [Floor Jansen Tribute]

Hello everyone!
This painting is something I wanted to do a long ago, but only now I have the knowledge and the skills to do it.
I am a huge Nightwish fan and I simply adore Floor <3
The band fans (including me) gave her the nickname 'valkyrie'. And since I love doing fantasy portraits and illustrations, I painted her like this. ^^
For this particular painting I watched a lot of tutorials - from how to paint armor to how to paint light and shadows. It took me a lot of time to learn and apply the techniques but it was worth it. I can say that this is my best art piece for 2020. :)
